How well do you actually know the IFSCA (Fund Management) Regulations, 2025?
Most of us who work in and around GIFT IFSC have read the regulation at some point — but reading and recalling are different things. The net worth thresholds, investor caps, corpus limits, and KMP requirements are exactly the kind of detail that’s easy to skim past and hard to remember when a client asks you cold.
I built this to test that — four short quizzes, twenty questions each, drawn directly from the regulation text (including the January 2026 amendment):
- FME Registration & Categories — Authorised FME, Registered (Retail/Non-Retail), net worth, KMPs, fit & proper
- Venture Capital & Restricted Schemes — investor caps, corpus limits, tenure, skin-in-the-game
- Retail Schemes, ETFs & Other Activities — exposure limits, NAV disclosure, PMS
- Listing, Obligations & Enforcement — listing timelines, record-keeping, inspection, suspension grounds
Every answer comes with the specific regulation number and a short explanation — so even a wrong answer teaches you something. Takes about 5 minutes per quiz.
Scored well? Share it and see how your colleagues do. Found a gap? That’s the point — better to find it here than in front of a client.
This is a learning tool, not legal advice — always verify against the current IFSCA regulation text before advising on a live matter.
